Swift Cottage is a generous and spacious waterside property, located in a popular marina just off the River Bure. Located in the pretty riverside village of Horning, the cottage is within easy walking distance of all the amenities that the village has to offer.
The family friendly property has four double bedrooms, all with en-suite shower/bathrooms. On the first floor is a 26ft long open plan living room and fully fitted kitchen. This living space, complete with its own balcony makes the most of the stunning views looking over the water.
The owners are passionate about the environment, and have therefore provided bedding made from sustainable and organically grown bamboo. This has natural anti-allergy and antibacterial properties. You will also be provided with complimentary organic environmentally friendly products and a welcome pack.
Layout:
On the ground floor a generous entrance hall leads to two spacious twin sized rooms, both en-suite; one with a bath, and one with a shower. Further along the hallway is a third double en-suite room with Super King Size bed, wall mounted TV/DVD and patio doors leading out onto the decked area.
Upstairs has a double bedroom with a Super King bed and en-suite which has a bath and separate shower. This room also has another lovely view of the river an attractive windmill.
The comfortable open plan living area leads out onto a balcony overlooking the marina providing spectacular views, and the integral kitchen/dining room provides a spacious area for guests to relax.

The cottage has off-road parking for several cars.
There is also a private mooring.
