Our bookings team are excellent at what they do and this is evident in the number based in Potter Heigham our local Customer Service Team are experts on the Norfolk Broads and are always available to help owners and customers with any problems or queries. Our booking average across the year is 30 weeks per property with many of our properties enjoying over 40 weeks occupancy per year. As awareness of the Broads grows, more and more holiday makers are choosing the Broads for either their annual or second holiday and we are seeing a steady increase in property bookings year on year. Short breaks are also becoming more popular than ever and the fantastic choice of activities, beautiful scenery and year-round attractions are beginning to attract holidaymakers outside of the peak summer months.
We appreciate that part of owning a holiday home is being able to enjoy yourself, that’s why we place no restrictions on the number of homeowner weeks you book. We believe that staying in your own property is a great thing for both you and the customer, as it gives you the opportunity to relax and enjoy the property whilst viewing it from a customers perspective. This can help give you insight into any improvements or additions that could be made to enhance the guest experience.

Payment will be collected from the customer by Broads Escapes in the customer’s local currency and we will pass on the agreed sterling equivalent to you less any commission due. You will receive your payments by BACS at the end of each month following completion of the holiday.
Insurance for your holiday let is vital and you are required to arrange insurance at your own cost with a reputable insurer. Appropriate insurance policies should include public liability insurance covering personal injury and/or property damage with a limit of no-less than £3million for any one incident or series of incidents arising from one event. Cancellations by customers can sometimes happen due to a variety of reasons which can’t always be helped. In the event of a customer cancellation or amendment to a booking we will notify you as soon as possible. If the cancellation is 56 days or more before the holiday start date you will receive the initial 25% deposit payment less commission, if the cancellation takes place within 56 days of the start of the holiday you will receive full payment less commission.
We appreciate that every property and property owner is different and there may be particular things you are concerned about, whether it is accepting single sex parties or pets. This is why each property has it's own set of house rules in addition to our Terms and Conditions so that you are able to definite your own conditions of booking.
