Heron Cottage is an immaculately presented waterside cottage located in a popular marina within easy walking distance to the local pub and restaurant and to the centre of Horning.
The cottage sleeps 4 guests in two ground floor double bedrooms both with en-suite facilities and a spacious open plan first floor living space with a contemporary fully fitted kitchen and views out over the water.
Ground floor
Twin bedded room with TV and en-suite shower room. Double bedroom with super king size bed, en-suite shower room and 42” TV. Utility room with washer/dryer.
First floor
Large open plan lounge/dining area with comfortable leather furniture and a large 42” wall mounted TV, DVD player and amplified speaker system for your USB sources. The large kitchen is equipped with everything you will need for your stay including dishwasher and large breakfast bar. Views are to three sides. Two Juliette balconies enjoy views over the marina and to the side a large box bay window has views across to the River Bure.

Free WiFi is available for the duration of your stay.
A large decked courtyard area with coffee table and chairs, offers excellent fishing opportunities.
Parking for 2 cars is available outside the property on the driveway.
Pet Policy
For your well-behaved pet’s safety and the consideration of all guests, we do ask that dogs and their owners follow a few simple rules during their stay:
- Pets must not be left unattended in the holiday property.
- Pets are not permitted in bedrooms or on any furniture or soft furnishings. We would advise you to bring along a pet bed to make sure your four-legged family member is as comfy as you are while on holiday.
- Pets must be supervised at all times both inside and out of the property. Since most of our properties are close to open water frontage, and may not be fenced completely, pets should be kept on a lead outside at all times.
- Please clean up after your pet, both inside and outside of the property.
Additional note: Please note that the decked area is not fenced and small children must be supervised at all times.
